How it works...
At their core, our partnerships revolve around an integrated compost separation system at each venue. Separated yields are collected, composted and fed to the soil on the farm. Healthy, nutrient dense produce is then grown and delivered right back to those partnered venues.
This is how the ‘Loop’ is created - delivering real food, drastically reducing waste and increasing active engagement for our community and their food system..
There have been many incredible businesses we have worked with over the years, all integral to getting us to where we are now.
At the height of our operation we were working with 20 businesses and collecting around 3 tonnes of yields, weekly…
Due to intense climate struggles (among other issues!) however, we have had to drastically reduce our partner base.
Some of our past partners (but continued friends) are still operating, and we VERY MUCH encourage supporting them!
